ফেরতের সময়সীমা
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং আসল প্যাকেজিং ও ট্যাগসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি খরচ
পণ্য যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়, তবে Bdstored সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি খরচ বহন করবে। অন্য কোনো কারণে ফেরত দিতে চাইলে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি খরচ ক্রেতাকে দিতে হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
আমরা ফেরত আসা পণ্যটি যাচাই করার পর রিফান্ড অ্যাপ্রুভ করব। অ্যাপ্রুভ হওয়ার ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

Return Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 Days of receiving the product.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Shipping Cost
If the product is defective or incorrect, Bdstored will bear the shipping cost. For other reasons, the buyer must pay the return shipping fee.
Refund Process
Once inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 Business Days to your original payment method.
